Political expert, Dr. George C. Edwards to speak at Owens Community College

TOLEDO -- Political expert Dr. George C. Edwards III, is going to speak to students at Owens Community College at noon.

The lecture presentation is titled, "Evaluating the Electoral College." The admission is free.

Edwards is a Professor of Political Science at Texas A&M University.
